Brazilian Peaberry - Daterra (Mild-Bodied) A bright little bean with a distinctive fresh-nutty flavor. Crisp
and light with a clean bright
finish.
Celebes Kalossi (Indonesian, Full-Bodied) A connoisseur's delight. Full in body, complex herbal-earthy flavor.
A dry cocoa-like finish.
Colombian Supremo (Medium-Bodied) full in body with a refreshing brightness. Oaky, nutty, caramel-like flavor adds to an exciting finish.
Costa Rican Tarrazu Refreshingly bright, rich body with
an aroma of sweet peat. Clean yet complex finish.
Ethiopian Harrar (African, Full-Bodied) A traditional unwashed African coffee. Winey almost earthy flavor,
slight acidity with
a dry-long finish.
French Roast Rich smoky flavor with deep body and
character. Long-warm finish. Great in a French Press.
Guatemalan Antigua Crisp and sweet with a cinnamon-spiciness
with an herbal aftertaste.
Indonesian Monsoon Malabar (Central Asia, Medium-Bodied) An interesting coffee. Smooth, long finish.
